Season Tickets
What is a Star Plan?
A Star Plan includes one ticket to each production in the season. Choose your seat and preferred performance day (Opening Night, Second Sunday, etc.), and enjoy the convenience of having those same seats reserved for the same performance day all season long. Best for: planners, routine-lovers, and anyone who wants their favorite seats every time.
How do I purchase a Star Plan?
Star Plans are available June 1 through September 15. Visit our Season Ticket page to purchase. You’ll choose your package type (Adult or Senior), package size (5-show or Full Season), then select your preferred performance day and seats.
What is a Flex Pass?
Flex Passes can be used in any combination across all seven productions in the season. Use them one show at a time, all at once, or anywhere in between. Beginning July 20, Flex Pass holders can reserve seats online, by phone, or by email. Best for: busy schedules, spontaneous plans, and bringing guests throughout the season.
How do I purchase a Flex Pass?
Flex Passes are available all season long and expire at the end of each season (September through June). They can be purchased on our Season Ticket page.
Do you offer Senior or Student Flex Passes?
Flex Passes are already offered at our deepest package discount and may be used for Adult, Senior, or Student tickets. Additional discounts are not available.
How do I use my Flex Passes?
When reserving tickets online, select your show, date, and seats, then add them to your cart. You may continue shopping to reserve tickets for multiple productions at once. At checkout, log in using your email address or enter your Flex Pass code from your purchase confirmation email. Once your Flex Pass appears on the screen, click Apply, choose how many vouchers you’d like to use, and complete checkout.
Flex Pass holders may begin redeeming passes on July 20, or immediately after purchase if bought later in the season.
Tickets
How do I purchase tickets?
Visit our Tickets page to select your show, performance date, and seats.
How do I access my tickets?
Immediately after purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with your tickets attached. You will also receive a reminder email three days before your performance with your tickets and helpful show information.
What if I didn’t receive my confirmation email?
Please check your spam or promotions folders. Confirmation emails are sent from no-reply@arts-people.com. If you still cannot find it, please contact tix@theatrecharlotte.org so we can verify your email address and resend your tickets.
What if I’m not feeling well?
For the safety of our artists, patrons, and staff, we ask that you stay home if you are feeling unwell. Please contact the Box Office to discuss reseating options. You may also exchange your ticket online for another performance of the same production if your performance date has not passed.
What happens if a performance is canceled?
If a performance is canceled, we will make every effort to move your tickets to another performance date. If we are unable to do so, or if you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may choose to donate the value of your tickets, receive a refund, or request a gift certificate.
We will notify patrons of cancellations by email and post updates on Facebook and Instagram.
What if I need to miss my performance date?
Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production based on availability. Please exchange online or contact the Box Office at least 48 hours before your scheduled performance. Fees or price differences may apply.
Audience Services
Do you offer concessions?
Yes. Wine, beer, sodas, and snacks are available beginning one hour before performances and during intermission. We accept cards, cash, and Apple Pay.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes. Gift certificates are available online in any amount.

What are your Box Office hours?
In person: Our Box Office opens one hour before each performance at Theatre Charlotte.
