UPCOMING VOLUNTEER
OPPORTUNITIES
Volunteer Work Day:
Saturday, August 28th from 10am until 2pm. We
will be working on the set for ANNIE, painting, making room
backstage for scenery and musicians as well as cleaning up
the grounds around the building. Grounds clean up will
begin around 8am if you wish to come early; please be sure
to bring gloves and gardening tools. The building will open
around 9:30am in preparation for the other activities.
ANNIE Crew: We
are seeking crew members for all aspects of tech for our
production of ANNIE. Please review the schedule below and
let me know what position you are interested in and most
importantly, what days you are not available. As a
courtesy to our actors and to maintain the quality of our
productions, we will give priority to those volunteers who
are available for the most rehearsals and performances.
Please make every effort to clear conflicts before
committing to a show and remember your roles are just as
important as actors onstage. It takes a full team onstage
and behind the scenes to make theatre possible. We are
seeking one light board operator, one sound board operator
(limited dates to be determined), and four backstage run
crew members. Times listed are arrival times and are
subject to change.

ANNIE Props Crew:
If you are interested in serving on the props crew for
ANNIE, please contact our Props Master, Steph Johnson, at
skate379@gmail.com.
Props crew members are not asked to be at performances but
all props must be completed one week prior to opening night.
Front of House
Volunteers: Beginning August 30th, you
may send in requests for ushering, concessions, will call,
greeters and parking lot attendants for the run of ANNIE.
Please see the schedule below and note that the times listed
are arrival times for our volunteers. You must be on our
volunteer list in order to sign up, please refrain from
signing up friends and family members. We do invite our
volunteers to stay and watch the show in exchange for their
time, however, we do not guarantee a seat to the performance
on that night.
