DIRECTIONS

Theatre Charlotte is located at 501 Queens Road,  just two blocks over from Presbyterian Hospital.

There's also plenty of FREE parking.

From I-77N - Take Morehead St. exit.  Turn left onto Morehead.  Proceed through uptown crossing Tryon St., cross Kings Dr.  After crossing Kings Dr., turn left at the next light, onto Queens Rd.  Theatre Charlotte is approximately four blocks down on the right.

From I-77S - Take I-277 exit.  Go to 3rd/4th Street exit (NC Hwy. 16S).  Exit onto 3rd St.  Continue on 3rd St. which becomes Providence Rd.  At the intersection of Providence and Queens Rd., turn right onto Queens Rd.  Theatre Charlotte is approximately two blocks on the left.

From I-85S - Take Brookshire Freeway exit (NC Hwy. 16S).   Follow the NC-16 signs south crossing Independence Blvd.  (NC Hwy.16S becomes Providence Rd.).  At the intersection of Providence and Queens Rd. turn right onto Queens.  Theatre Charlotte is approximately 4 blocks on the left.

From I-85N - Take I-77S at interchange.  Take Morehead St. exit.  Turn left onto Morehead. Proceed through uptown crossing Tryon St., cross Kings Dr.  After crossing Kings Dr., turn left at the next light, onto Queens Rd.  Theatre Charlotte is approximately 4 blocks on the right.

From Hwy. 74 East/Independence area - Take Independence to John Belk Freeway (I-277).  Exit onto 3rd/4th St.  Take 3rd St., (becomes Providence Rd.).  At the intersection of Providence and Queens Rd. turn right onto Queens.  Theatre Charlotte is approximately four blocks on the left.

Parking

Parking is always FREE at Theatre Charlotte. Theatre patrons have three options for parking when they attend a performance.

Theatre Charlotte’s parking lot—This small paved lot is adjacent to our building and fills up quickly! Theatre Charlotte benefactors who give at the Trouper, Producer, and Angel levels have reserved spots marked with their last name for performances they are attending.

Queens Road—Parking along Queens Road is allowed after 6:00pm Monday—Friday and all day on Saturday and Sunday except for sections marked otherwise. Please do not block residents entrances and driveways.

RBC Centura Office Building Lot—This parking lot is just around the corner from Theatre Charlotte. After you pass Theatre Charlotte, make a right on Colonial and stay to the right at the fork in the road. The RBC office parking lot is on your right.
