This American classic drama, written by
one of America’s greatest playwrights, was the winner of the Pulitzer
Prize and the Tony Award for Best Play.
The story is known worldwide, having to do
with the last days of a failing salesman, Willy Loman, who seeks to find
out, by a tragic series of soul-searching revelations of the past life
he has lived with his wife, his sons and his business associates, just
where and how he has failed to win success and happiness. A thrilling
work of deep and revealing beauty, that was last presented by Theatre
Charlotte in 1998 and went on to become one of the Theatre’s greatest
successes.
