All ticket sales are final; there are no refunds.  Season ticket holders may exchange their tickets one time per show at no charge.   Single ticket buyers may, for a small fee, exchange tickets to another performance of the same show.  Exchanges must be made at least 24 hours before show time.

GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates can be purchased in any denomination and may be redeemed for tickets to any of our Main Stage shows.  To purchase gift certificates email Nancy Wilson at nancy@theatrecharlotte.org or call 704-376-3777.

HOUSE RULES AND POLICIES
As a courtesy to other patrons, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the house manager at an appropriate break in the action on stage.  For some events, latecomers may be asked to sit in at the rear of the theatre until intermission.  No refunds will be made for latecomers.

Every person admitted must have a ticket.  No "babes in arms" or children in laps are permitted.

Please turn off all electronic devices when you enter the theatre.  The use of cameras and/or recording devices is strictly prohibited.  Please do not text in the theatre, as it is disruptive to other patrons, as well as interferes with our sound system.
