The Green Room Society is a
group of Theatre Charlotte’s most
dedicated volunteers and patrons.
Volunteers
Our volunteers serve as our actors, backstage crew, lighting and sound operators, set construction crew, costume makers, ushers, concession stand workers, and more! Theatre Charlotte is extremely fortunate to have a dedicated group of volunteers who bring our productions to life each year.
Patrons
Contributions from our patrons are vital to the mission of Theatre Charlotte. Generous donations from our patrons have made it possible for Theatre Charlotte to continue creating outstanding theatre opportunities for the Charlotte community.
Green Room Society
Both patrons and volunteers take ownership in Theatre Charlotte because they have invested either their time or their money in the organization. But there is a unique group of individuals who are both patrons and volunteers. These people have given Theatre Charlotte everything – valuable time, priceless talents, and hard-earned cash.
Green Room Society Information
The Green Room Society is made up of a unique group of individuals who donate not only their time and talent-but also their money to Theatre Charlotte. Each member is both a volunteer and a patron making them a vital lifeline for this organization.
Benefits
Green Room Society members will receive benefits and recognition equivalent to the patron level of their donation (please click here for a list of the patron giving levels). To make sure that these individuals stand out, Green Room Society members will be marked in each playbill with a GRS emblem beside their name.
How to Join
Theatre Charlotte staff is taking extra care to identify individuals who are giving both time and money to the current season and making sure that these individuals are recognized in our playbills.
